Return/Exchange Policy

Unfortunately, everything doesn't always work out the way we think it might.  If you have a return/exchange, here is what we require for store credit or exchange:
  • Item(s) must be in same condition as it was when it left the store.
  • Item(s) original tags must be attached to the item(s)
  • If item(s) were purchased in-store, item(s) must be returned within 10 days of purchase to the store.
  • If item(s) were purchased online, item(s) must be mailed back to the store within 10 days of receiving the item(s). 
A Couple of Important Facts
  • We ONLY do returns for exchanges or store credit.  There are no cash or credit card refunds.
  • Anything purchased at a discount or on sale CANNOT be returned for store credit or exchanges.  Item(s) purchased on sale are ALL SALES FINAL.
